libclhep-dev software package provides CLHEP: A Class Library for High Energy Physics - development, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclhep-dev
libclhep-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclhep-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclhep-dev *
You will get with libclhep-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
